It also creates much less frustration from those "well...we got fucked and no clue what to do different" games. I know I'm glad when go 6-2 against frost mage/rogue teams instead of 0-8 :) I find that learning how to fight a counter-comp to have a reasonable win chance (40-50% or more instead of 0-5%) is what really seperates ppl that blow their ratings and those that don’t.
