Stormherald and s3 mace are pretty close, it's basically a second chance to proc stun or slightly higher stats. It's certainly not worth it to pay to get a Stormherald made if you don't already have one. Both sword/mace look sexy on an Orc, so just close your eyes and pick one at random, and dont' accidently click on polearm. Sword rage is mostly offset by mace having a higher proc rate and the extra dmg from sword is outweighed by stunning a target in los of casting dps/mana drains, imo. s3 mace is better than stormherald due to better pvp stats and marginal top end dmg difference.
